Meditation for Angel Awareness Day 09 by Diana Cooper 2012

Working with Archangel Metatron to open the portals of the planet for 2012

1. Find a place where you can be quiet and undisturbed.

2. Sit quietly with palms up in a receptive position.

3. Breathe in Metatron’s light, a beautiful orange colour, and on the outbreath sense your aura filling with this energy.

4. Relax as you visualise orange light glowing round you.

5. Invoke Metatron with the words. ‘I now invoke the mighty Metatron to connect with me and touch me with his light.’

6. Be quiet and still. You may receive a touch, impression, special thoughts or whispers or you may simply feel calm.

7. Sense your Stellar Gateway opening wide and light from all the stars shining down into it.

8. Allow the light of all the stars in the cosmos to merge and pour down through you into your feet.

9. Let it flow down into your Earth Star chakra and deep into the earth.

10. Then visualise the combined light moving through the leylines and rising up to pour out of sacred sites and portals all over the planet like wondrous coloured fountains.

11. When you have completed your work, thank Archangel Metatron and open your eyes.

Prepare for 2012 & beyond with the Angelic Realm

This year on Angel Awareness Day, the Diana Cooper School will host a series of events in countries across the world from the UK to South Africa to unite people as we work towards 2012. These will be inspiring, uplifting and fascinating days of celebration, laughter, meditation, dance, walking, self discovery and more. For aeons the years around December 2012 have been forecast as significant. The ancient Mayans for example, believed that in the lead up to 2012 a series of extraordinary occurrences would transpire and to many visionaries since then it heralds an amazing opportunity to look forward to with great anticipation. It is possible that the cosmic atmosphere around now and through 11th November 2011 to 21st December 2012 and after, may receive a shower of renewing energy like a deep breath of clear fresh air, that will profoundly affect the future of our planet as we know it. It will offer us the chance to see more clearly, to act more consciously and sense again a quality of universal knowledge present 1000's of years before materialism took hold

Healing With Angels

This year’s theme Healing with Angels will be held over 2 days to give more people a chance to participate.

Over this special weekend of Angelic healing, we will make a difference. Please join us.

Angels are healers, known and depicted through many centuries and many cultures. They radiate love, light and peace to everyone. The Angels of healing have enormous compassion and when we

call on them to help heal, they do whatever they can for the highest good of all concerned.
Angels work in subtle ways with our personal healing and are delighted to channel their hea

ling energy through us, in very practical ways, to assist in healing others. We can also ask them to shine their light and love into a troubled place or situation. When we ask Angels to help, something like a bridge of light or a rainbow is created so they may do their work.

Diana was inspired to create Angel Awareness Day in 2002 with the aim of uniting people of all cultures through the universal acceptance of angels.

Angel Awareness Day is a celebration with a different theme each year; events are held in many countries of the world with the possibility to link in, at a preset time, with a meditation prepared by Diana when together we raise angel awareness.

Unicorn and Archangel Healing Cocoon

All beings of the seventh dimension can heal and they do so on all the levels, physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.  Unicorns offer healing through Christ consciousness while angels and archangels bring wholeness through different colour ray frequencies.  
Here is a special healing meditation which will help you to heal yourself and to offer healing to others.  You can even send it out to the whole world so that the angels can take it where it is most needed.

Whether you are outside or inside prepare your space by ohming or playing a singing bowl.  If possible light a candle before you start in order to raise the energy.  Your dedication as you light it will help you (and your group) focus on your desired healing intention.  Flowers also help to raise the energy as does inspirational music.

You can do this meditation whether you are alone or with a group.

1.    Sit quietly with your feet on the floor or cross legged.
2.    Centre yourself by breathing comfortably.  Then close your eyes and relax.
3.    To ground yourself focus on your feet or the base of your spine and imagine you are connected to the centre of the Earth.  
4.    Picture yourself in a beautiful garden with soft warm sunshine playing over your body.  Take time to feel it soothing and relaxing you from your head to your feet.
5.    Notice the green of the grass and the shape of the lawn.  What colour are the flowers.  Can you hear the birds singing?  And the sound of the insects?  And the gentle wind in the trees?  Are there any animals in your garden?
6.    With each outbreath breathe love and peace around you.
7.    A magnificent pure white unicorn, radiating pure love, is approaching you.  Explain to him what healing you request, then tell him what you need to bring soul satisfaction to your life.  
8.    His horn is sending out a stream of light which can touch you with healing and enlightenment.  Relax and let the light pour into you wherever the unicorn sends it.  
9.    And now you are calling in the archangels to create a cocoon of high frequency healing light around you.
10.    Ask Archangel Michael to come to you and stand by your right hand side.  You may feel, sense or see an electric blue light on your right.  Have a sense that if you reached out a hand you could gather his deep blue energy and bring it into you to give you courage and strength.  
11.    Ask Archangel Gabriel to stand at your left hand side and wait for a few moments as a pure white light settles on that side of you.  Know that you can breathe in the purification, clarity, hope and joy he brings you to heal your mind and emotions.  
12.    Ask Archangel Uriel to stand in front of you and experience his wonderful golden light forming before you, radiating like sunshine into your solar plexus.  As this golden light bathes you, you are being filled with self confidence and worth, healing your past.
13.    Ask Archangel Raphael to stand behind you.  As you do this you may be aware of an emerald green light touching your back.  Healing balancing energy is flowing into your spine.  The Archangel’s colour is penetrating deep into your cells.  Breathe it in wherever you feel it is most needed.
14.    Ask Archangel Sandalphon, who is in charge of the Earth Star chakra beneath your feet, to stand below you, black and white, shimmering.  The Universal Angel Roquiel is below Sandalphon, working with him to connect you deep into the loving centre of the Earth.
15.    And now you can move into your heart and feel Archangel Chamuel’s pink light filling you with love and peace.  A wondrous gentle energy seeps through you and you may feel you are held in a love which heals everything.  
16.    Ask Archangel Metatron to come down from above and seal the ball of light round you, with his incredible golden orange light.  You are now cocooned in healing archangel light.
17.    Then the Seraphim Seraphina in her rainbow essence is connecting you to the Source of all.  
18.    Rest for as long as you like and take in as much of this healing light as your cells can absorb.  
19.    Visualise your divine perfection.  You are whole, healthy, happy radiating love light and peace.  Picture everything perfect in your life.
20.    Think of others who need healing and send them love and healing.  Picture them being touched by unicorn light and enfolded in Archangels, being healed on every level.
21.    Ask the angels to take this special healing to a place or nation.  
22.    If you wish to picture the Archangel cocoon surrounding the planet, raising the frequency of the whole world.
23.    Knowing that you can do this healing visualisation as often as you like, thank the unicorns and archangels for the energy they have given you today.
24.    Then open your eyes and come back to full waking consciousness.
25.    Blow out the candle and dedicate it for the highest good of yourself and the planet.

Join us for a wonderful day of inspiration.

The Theme for October 2007 was

“ Healing Mother Earth ”

We will be calling upon the angels to help us heal all aspects of earth and nature. On Sunday 14th October 2007 thousands of people around the world will tune into this vibration of light to help heal mother earth. It is a day of thanksgiving, also recognition for what she gives us, as we wake up to the fact that we are responsible for her healthy survival.
